FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1) If I buy a scrolling billboard on the truck, can I tell you where to park or drive the truck? Sure, you can tell us where you would like the truck parked. Please note that we have a set driving route but we are flexible and can park the truck at a specific location(s) of your choice. 2) Would one of my competitors be able to buy an ad on the same truck that my billboard is already on? No, we only have a single advertiser per industry. We would not put your competitor’s ad on the same truck as your ad. 3) How long will it take from the time I place an order for a scrolling billboard to the time my ad is out on the road? It takes approximately 3 days from the time you place the order until the ad is put on the truck, however sometimes the process can be quicker. 4) Who do I call to buy an ad on your truck? Please call us at 877.272.1998-we would love to hear from you. 5) Where do I send my artwork for the ad or my company’s logo? Artwork should be submitted at 150 dpi at full size in CYMK format. Please call 877.272.1998 for additional uploading information. 6) Do I have to pay for a new ad if I decide to take my ad off the truck for a couple of months and then put it back onto the truck? No, Mobile Messaging safely stores all of the scrolling billboards we run on the truck. We don’t want you to have to keep paying for printing costs.
